What You’ll Be Doing As part of the Customer Experience team, your role may include: Greeting theatre guests and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere Checking tickets and assisting audience members Supporting bar and refreshment service Helping guests find seats and navigate the venue Providing excellent customer care throughout performances Working alongside a friendly and professional team No theatre experience is necessary — transferable customer service skills are highly valued. Ideal Candidates Will: Have strong communication and people skills Thrive in busy, energetic environments Be proactive, positive, and team-oriented Have hospitality, retail, bar, or customer service experience Be available evenings and weekends Be aged 18+ (due to alcohol service responsibilities) Why Apply?
