Description : Notting Hill Carnival returns to the streets of West London on Sunday 30 and Monday 31 August 2026, celebrating its landmark 60th anniversary. One of the world’s biggest celebrations of Caribbean culture, Carnival brings together spectacular costumes, mas bands, steelpan, reggae, soca, calypso, sound systems, live stages, food and Caribbean communities from across the UK and beyond. Sunday 30 August – Children’s & Families Day J’ouvert begins from 6am, followed by the official opening ceremony, Children’s Day Parade, mas bands, sound systems and live stages. Monday 31 August – Adults Day The main Adults’ Parade begins from 10:30am, with sound systems and live stages continuing throughout the day. The main Carnival is free to attend.
